Story

Starting out in business is hard work, there are so many things to think about and get right. I want to help make things easier by giving you the tools you need to manage the accounts of your business with confidence, or take away the stress completely by managing the accounts for you (whether as a one off so you can enjoy a break away or long term), either way you will have more time to focus on the areas of your business that need you most.

I have been where you are. My husband and I started a Pool Maintenance company which we successfully sold 7 years later. I know what it is like to run a small business - I know the juggling that is needed. I also know how to manage your business to maximise profit and minimise paperwork – even for the computer illiterate.

I can handle all your bills, paperwork and income, for you so, you can, do more of what you enjoy or I can just help in selected areas – as little or as much as you need.

• Organise and Manage Accounts Receivables
Invoicing, managing the debtor ledger, ensure prompt payment and chase any late payers.
• Manage the Accounts Payable
Make creditor payments on behalf of your business as well as expenses and petty cash.
• Organise employees Pays
• Submit your GST and PAYE returns
I will include your accountant in our online system, keeping them up to date and your accounts all in order - therefore saving $$$ on accountant fees.

I use XERO Accounting Software and offer highly competitive service fees.
