Friday 14 June 2024, I departed Auckland in atrocious weather which was covering most of the North Island. Pulled into Caltex Otorohanga around 1130 and received awesome service from the young lady on the forecourt and the young lady on the till. Headed south to Whanganui smiling. Well done.
Often stop by at this petrol station, quiet place and clean toilet
I drive through here at least 3 times a month and tank up at the same spot. Staff are always friendly and the toilets are always clean. They also have a good variety of food and car accessories. Petrol prices are cheaper on average if you are coming/going to/from Auckland
We came to fill up our diesel Ute and use the dump station, they serve great coffee and have a wide range of snacks too.nExcellent service from Jasmine the place was very busy but she was calm and collected, dealt with each customer chatting and friendly while simultaneously making coffee , we'll definitely be popping in again on our travels.nWe stayed overnight at the NZMCA site. And we'll visit again
