Caltex Highland Park

Price is a little bit high to compare with other petrol shops. The staff is not friendly at all. He is not smiling and looks not interested in serving customer. Not recommend.

Staff are not friendly not helpful very rude was there earlier tonight around 8:50pm and guy at counter was very rude bad customer service only good thing about this place is the subway I recommend going to the mobil highland park lady is lovely and always greets you with a smile

Today around 10:25PM , a stranger hit me at the petrol station when I was filling the petrol. no help from the staff, very disappointing. not a safe place, please be careful when visiting this petrol station.

Buying a pack of Port Royal, at around 17:30, I was advised by the teller that only 50g packs are on stock and paid accordingly, only to see at home that in fact I was given a 30g pack. This dishonesty is nothing but theft. Shameful!

I have visited this station 4 times and it seems like there is a pattern with your staff and the customer services skills they provide. They shout at eachother so loudly whilst you are waiting to be served. Like today, 04/02/2020 just before 8pm. I am standing at the counter and all of a sudden the staff serving me wants to shout out to the other and have a loud full on conversation. Is it neccessary?? It is NOT the first time this has happened. It is almost like they were at home lounging around having a conversation with friends being loud and obnoxious. A little bit of professionalism seeing as they are representing your company would be great. Maybe send your staff to BP or Z to get proper training. And this is why i will make the effort to drive further elsewhere because great service is worth it. Check your cameras and you will see.

My favourite petrol station in Auckland! Always give me the beat service and are willing to go above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this petrol station. Good job Caltex Highland Park!

Went there to fill 2 x9 kg gas bottles and demanded customers to park their cars in the far end but not helping people to carry those filled bottles to walk back to their cars. I have bad shoulder problem and no single service men bothered to come forward to offer any help even I asked one of Indian men to give me a hand , what they are interested is just make sure you don’t park your car near the filling station. Hi Thanks for explaining the thing and sorry for the late reply. The issue here is not about the parking but the service provided. The customer was asked to park his car to the another end . Then the customer ask the the worker immediately “ if I park there , would you be able to give a hand to put those bottles in my car?” The answer is “ No , I am not responsible for that”!! What is the abusive language about? Please try not use confusing language . certainly the customer was not happy then. The feedback is the reflection of service quality provided and the restriction of malpractice. if you are able to a help-hand to customers, you will get good feedback.

Clean tidy staff member at till not very customer friendly, not rude but no personality,great price today for fuel
