Always helpful .Nice pies and good atmophere
One of the employees here Sharon is spreading antivax misinformation to customers. She has told both me and my wife on separate occasions that we are going to be proven very wrong for getting vaccine and came up close to me without her mask on asking me and my son why we are afraid of her if I've had vaccine. I was shaking and wont go back even though this is my local station.
Be good if one could pay EFTPOS/credit card at the pump & fly buys it's my only moan
A little tricky to access off Girven Road driving westward. Best to turn into Bayfair carpark area and then access from side. Good service and competitive prices
Just make sure you lock your doors and are prepared for a long wait of repeating what you order . And don't fall asleep in forecourt ... They call the cops
My local gas station. All the workers are usually really good. Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately though, I went there last night and was seen by one of the Cashiers named Martin. I found his customer service to very cold and rude. I also found him to be quite Patronising. I suggest removing him. Obviously I'm not very happy, as I come in quite regularly and no one has ever upset me enough to make me come on here and complain.

I have been a regular customer for around 3 years. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful until this evening. This control freek pretended to not see all of my attempts to get his attention to request a fill up. Waving no - beeping the Horne no flashing the lights noooo. He even ran out the back to avoid me. When I went in his face and attitude said it all but then he opened his mouth and told me if I wanted to fill up when the pay first signs are on I have to go in and ask him. This guy needs some serious customer service training and a job where perhaps he is happier!
If you go here after 6pm there is 1 staff working and pumps are on prepay so be prepared to wait especially on 10 cents off days. I could only fill once for $40 and not my usual 3 to 6 times $40. I was not prepared to stand in the queue each time. The staff on duty knew me as a regular but would release the pump for me. BP is my preferred destination.
