Won't be using again! Booked a car with this firm yesterday, was given a quote on the phone of £35, then they called 20 mins before arrival to say they quoted incorrectly and added £10 onto the price, which we accepted. When the driver arrived, he said that my wife must pay £50 cash up front before we start the journey, so adding another £5 to the quote! Absolute cowboys will not be using again and will stick to more professional firms! Get your prices right and your drivers conducting themselves better! There isn't room for such behavior in a competitive market
Our driver was very friendly, polite and on time reason for 3 stars. However, when booking I had said there were 4 passengers but the front seat of the car was pushed right forward and full of the driver's belongings when we went to the car. These were quickly moved but the driver drove with these on his lap for the journey. During the journey the driver took a call. He could not hear the caller on speakerphone so picked the phone up and continued the journey illegally using his handheld phone. This is obviously not acceptable or legal for any driver and he made us feel unsafe.
I phoned for a taxi without prior booking, and it arrived in just 5 minutes. The car was spotlessly clean and the driver friendly. I would happily use ASAP again.Service: Limousines

Ordered a cab at 8am to come at 9:15am the same day. I was told it was booked and there was no problem, but car came 30 mins late. Called and was told it was on its way. Then whenever I called my number was screened and not answered. Turned off caller ID and they finally answered. Driver was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t apologise for being late. DO NOT USE. Better off sticking to Amber cars of UBER

Car arrived promptly, was clean and driver was quick in getting where I needed to go. Was confused by paying; got sent a link for paying, but driver said cash, so needed to get too machine.
Used ASAP cars for a round trip on our Christmas company party yesterday. Mohamed and the overall service was flexible, polite and professional so would use again.
My cab arrived on time and got me to the station with no fuss. The driver was chatty and polite. What more can I ask?
