Creating cakes is both art and heart for me. Cakes with Love by Tracie creates sugar art which affirms and celebrates a special someone, occasion or message.
"Cakes with Love" is a passion. More than mere baking, "Cakes with Love" is a process of creativity, thoughtfulness, technique, art, intuition and heart. I delight in creating cakes which add "wow"; to affirm and celebrate someone or to be a centerpiece amplifying a key message worth saying. I believe the "wow" should be experienced in the first glance at a cake, and also in that first bite. Starting in early 2016, I am a self-taught crazy caker - learning by giving it a go. In my first year I created more than 70 cakes. Apart from "Cakes with Love" I am also a social work academic/educator, am active in community and church groups and care for my two little boys (plus husband :).
