Cake was reasonably priced Delicious as , very highly recommended And delivery was also super convenient too Customer service was great too , got a confirmation email after I paid , an email to let me know they could make the cake for me and then a call 20 mins prior to delivery and all in the classic windy , wet Wellington weather with backed up traffic , land slips And cate was lovely too
Honestly, the best cake place I've ever ordered from. We had an order with someone else for 2 birthday cakes days before Christmas! but it fell through, and I found Cake Wellington via a Google search. They truly saved my bacon! The cakes were beautiful, delicious, and moist - just perfect.
Cake was ordered by my sister for my Wedding Anniversary. Not a big fan of Fondant cakes but this cake was amazing. The fondant layer was not too sweet or thick. Easily edible. The cake and the icing on the inside was very good. Soft and moist cake. Highly recommended cakes. The cake looked beautiful. Was hand delivered carefully with care ... Thank you.

I hate to do this but Cake Wellington, you totally let me down. I was all excited when I placed the cake order with you via email. You were very quick to respond my email and gave me your suggestions. When payment was confirmed and received by you, you became silent. You did not respond at all to my last email. I felt so unappreciated as your customer. Your cake may be very tasty but you lack a lot in good customer service, lack of attention to detail, lack of creativity in the cake although some of your pictures in FB were mesmerising. I guessed I'm not your important customer and that's why there's no creativity in my cake order. I was happy to pay the price quoted by yourself but I think you simply just want to quickly get the cake done and be over with it. This would my very first and last order. Thank you for your attention.
I booked in a cake for the 14th December which they confirmed however after taking at least a week to reply to each email they then told me at the beginning of November that they could not do it as they were closing for the year on November 30th for a 'family emergency' who knows there is going to be a family emergency a month out?. I then see on Facebook they have been posting cakes they have done all through December and have said they are only closed on the 25th-27th December! If you have over booked please be honest about it. Luckily i was able to book somewhere else on short notice for a lower cost!
Very disappointed. I have ordered cake and one birthday card. Unfortunately you guys delivered only cake and we expecting better writting.
