The food was absolutely devine. We both enjoyed our meal. Ample portions and lovely background music. Definitely a place to return to very soon.
Food was good but the service was rather unfriendly. They are happy to take your money but will pack up and start closing the restaurant around you. Rather rushed lunch and won't go back.
I don't usually write reviews but we are so happy with this place I want people to know. Takapuna was lacking a good Turkish restaurant but now we have Seven Hills / Mossimo. They have very good food from a good menu and every time we try a new dish we are very happy with what we get and the price we pay :--. A+
King prawn and chicken salad was the winner at our table. Seafood chowder was ok, but was mostly marinara mix with over cooked squid pieces, with the addition of 2 mussels and 2 king prawns. 3 out of 5 for that dish.

Took Dad for Fathers day breakfast. Food was great. I had Eggs Benny with bacon and I can recommend the kumera rosti with it. Coffee was lovely. We sat out on the covered veranda. The wind was chilly but the owner gladly put the heaters on for us.
Fantastic coffee. Great place to sit and watch the day go by. Get a bag of their home ground coffee, some fresh bread and Turkish dips on the Sunday Market and you're sorted for the weekend
Went here when Takapuna Rocks car show was on with my husband and daughter. Had the best avocado smash with salmon ever, my husband had eggs Benedict and my daughter had the fruit crepes. All delicious food and great service. What a unexpected very pleasant experience.
