We had a wonderful experience at Caffe Cozy in Wellsford. I loved the generous portion sizes; it really made the meal feel satisfying. I ordered the avocado with salmon eggs benedict, and it was fantastic—super thick spread, fresh, and delicious. The bacon and eggs benedict was also great, offering a nice balance of flavors and a good mix. The iced latte and long black were both decent and complemented the meal nicely.nnThe prices were very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, Caffe Cozy is a lovely spot worth visiting for a satisfying and affordable breakfast experience. Highly recommend!
My wife and I went for lunch 15th October at about 11:30. The hot chocolate was very nice. We both ordered Bacon Eggs Benedict. It came to our table very quickly and was delicious. It seamed everybody knew everybody so I assume they were all locals which created a friendly happy atmosphere. The staff were awesome and the prices were very reasonable. I thoroughly recommend Caffe Cozy.
Worst coffee I’ve had in NZ. The standard has been consistently good regardless of how far out of the cities we’ve been, but this one is just hat milk. The hamburger patty is clearly a commercial frozen one with no flavour. Would not return or recommend, although it might be the best in town.
Stopped here for a coffee and lunch. Just driven up from Palmerston North. Sat down, and spilt all my coffee over my lunch .nThe owner here, immediately cleaned it up, and replaced everything free of charge, with a genuine smile. So good to experience this today. The coffee, and food was as good as the service, and atmosphere. Nice relaxing music too. Next time I pass through here, I shall bee line to Cozy cafe!
Ordered smashed avo on toast, was just puree from a packet. Other meals below average. Service was good, just don't go with much expectations at this place.
