Second time coming here and probably the last. Only 2 employees so takes to much time. I have seen many people leave the line and go out when they see how much time it takes. Imagine you have 3-4 people you could have served every hour that decides to not purchase. With an average purchase of £6 you are losing out on quite a lot of money in the long run that you could have avoided by hiring 1 more person…
The staff announced the store was closing at 9pm despite Google maps 'verified by business 5 weeks ago' and listed on their website the closing time of 9:30pm. When I arrived at 8pm, 1.5hrs before the official closing time, the fridge for paninis/soft drinks was already covered up/shut down. So unfortunately the opening hours don't seem to be followed properly. Also they were out of pistachio syrup it was advertised prominently and my drink was served in a disposable cup despite me drinking in. The toilet was cramped and not super clean. On the other hand, the coffee was delicious, nice comfy chairs, and staff are friendly but unfortunately a lot of issues made the experience not ideal.

The two girls was very slow, the last time i was here other people served me and they was fast. Time is important especially if people have work to go to!
