Story

Cafe Kaos opened on December 21, 1999 in Tuakau. So much of our business ethic is based on our own "Kaos Theory"....

The “KAOS THEORY” encapsulates the notion that in deciding to visit us and as a result of the conversations and the experiences you have, small variations in the way you already think, feel and act towards yourself and others will occur. These may produce large variations in the long term behaviour of the system – the “Human System”.

We provide a vibrant, colourful and entertaining environment and pledge to provide you with great value, wonderful food and coffee which is served by friendly and accommodating staff.

Really nice food, very good service a bit of a wait for the food but they were super busy and so did well to get it out that quickly. Nice atmosphere with records as wallpaper and little toys as table markers. Highly recommended.

Just had lunch arrive 25 minutes before closing and Chef agreed to cook off menu so that was a big plus in their favour. Both meals were really good and filling and coffee meets my tough expectations. Cost $$. Staff pleasant and welcoming.

Had to give five stars. Very quirky cafe with excellent food and quite good service even when flat out. The brunch was great with the smaller omelette being big enough how big is the large?. Coffees were very good.  Best I’ve had in Pukekohe yet. Love the ironing board tables outside.

Very very good food, and really excellent friendly people, a very pleasurable experience. They even went next door to get my wife a set of chopsticks. Awesome.

I've only ever been on invites twice had coffee and a smoothie loved it.  People I went with enjoyed their meals so that's a good sign. I'll definitely visit again, for a meal this time.

Went here today for brunch. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is great and the staff go above and beyond, super friendly. Will definitely be back with more people and will spread the word, my new favourite cafe!

Food was ok. Portion pretty generous. Very retro deco Friendly staff.

Great service, excellent staff, great communicate,ood and drinks were good, loved the decor and atmosphere. Awesome back room eating area seperate from the other with a projector playing a movie. Loved the whole place!!!
