Wonderful friendly staff - I ordered the eggs benne but didn't notice the bacon on the menu. I am a vegetarian so was disappointed when it arrived. They cooked a replacement meal for me, the coffee was great too.
I had a very good coffee here a couple of weeks ago, good enough to make me return. Again, great coffee and good food although a bit expensive. Third time, today, was extremely disappointing and I won't return. My muffin the only counter-food vegetarian option was inedible, full of lumps of baking powder/soda, and very dry and tasteless. The coffee was burnt. My son had lolly cake which was very good but a tiny slice for a hefty price.
Such a cute little coffee place. Perfect for a casual little date or a hangout. The food is a bit pricey but definetly worth it. The service from the staff is perfect, they are so kind and check up your meals and make sure everything is perfect. It is not an overly bust place which makes it even better.
Brilliant place! These guys have a great selection of lactose free alternatives for people like myself and staff were extremely friendly about the whole thing I often feel quite sheepish about asking for lactose free drinks in cafés but these guys put me genuinely at ease. Also one of the baristas had a phone tool on them so I could set my mobile up with a new SIM so they went above and beyond! Great service. : Coffee also terrific!
I went in Mid afternoon today Friday There was a good menu, but I didnt know if they served omlettes, and they said it wasnt on the menu but they would happily make one......When it came out I was very surprised, it was the best looking and best tasting omlette Ive had all year, many thanks Cafe Home. The service is some of the best Ive expereinced, the presentation is also excellent, coffee was perfectly done, and the venue also, all 4 catagories gets a very well deserved 5 stars in each catagory....simply flawless experience
Friendly, professional and swift. Apart from that, we tried the Souvlaki and it has been the best greek dish I had in New Zealand. So thumbs up and keep it like it is. Love this place.
Nice cafe but the barista needs to learn how to make coffee with less noise, we couldn't talk while she made coffee. Good food and drink selection.
Love the coffee here. Service is good. Could be a bit more variety with their muffins and so forth.
