Visiting Hastings for a weekend break and being lucky to discover this place. The owner/ staff may look serious in the first place but it's actually warm and polite. Menu had a good choices of food from British breakfast, Benedict eggs to Hungarian food. And you can tell they really take pride in what they are doing: food is nicely done, the decoration in the restaurant got its characters, service is well attended. Just another great experience in Hastings
Very nice egg Benedict. They made it look so pretty too. The atmosphere and decor in the cafe is just as other review says - very unique and the wooden bow tie are so cute
5 star experience all around. The service was great, the food was AMAZING, and the atmosphere is very lovely. The room is decorated to perfection and many of the items are for sale. The drinks are incredible and highly suggest ordering a coffee or milkshake.
Best hot chocolate I’ve had in ages! Interior decor was very unique with a lot of the items on display for sale. My parents have visited this cafe before and decided to bring me along and I will definitely be returning in the near future. Extensive menu, offering a wide variety of milkshakes, hot drinks and range of food - there’s something for everyone. The owners are clearly passionate about their job taking pride in everything they made and served to customers :

Absolutely fantastic! We have been several times for breakfast and lunch and it’s always delicious. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly service and such a great food offering. Milkshakes are incredible as well!
Overpriced. A £10 fryup with 1 egg, 2 bacon, 1 sausage, 2 tinned tomato, some potato bits and beans. Oh yeah a slice of toast, I'm sure locals can see surrounding places are better value and better food tbh. Also the owner paranoid you're going to run off so puts a chain across the door as you're eating and as soon as you stand up to pay he is worryingly about to intercept you, this Cafe use to be decent years ago but now just a joke.
Amazing breakfast/lunch place!!! Food is super tasty and ingredients nicely balanced, the owner and staff is highly professional, yet friendly in the same time. Love the fact they keep some of their ingredients secret : can't wait to comeback for langos with cheese and ketchup!
