I was suffering from severe neck pain, and decided to book here with Miranda Dyt - and I am so happy I did! She patiently listened to my woes haha, and worked her magic through massage, and provided tips on how to prevent the problem occurring again.

Neeraj Kochhar helped me out immensely after my ACL reconstruction. Would highly recommend!

Very modern new rooms in Parkdale with all the facilities for rehabilitation of pain and injury. Have a well equipped pilates and gym area. Highly professional team of physio’s, massage therapists, podiatrists and dietitians. Very friendly and comfortable environment.

Always a good experience at this place , the staff is experienced and friendly, well equipped! The pilates sessions are not expensive either.
