I've been here twice now. every time they do an excellent job. They never do unnecessary work and they told me what needed doing and did just that at a very reasonable price. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional team. I used hundreds of garages in my time. This one is by far the best yet. Thank you for a great service.
My car was taken here by AA after the drive shaft broke while on my way to work. They had the part ordered the same day and the work was completed the next day, the price was also very reasonable - I cannot fault the service. I only took off one star because they never called me once my car arrived in the garage, my step dad and I had to both rang separately to get a quote before any work was done. I was assured I would be called back when she had the numbers in front of her, but we were never called until the work was completed, which is not ideal - luckily the price was fair.
C G Autos looked after my car after my eco boost engine blew on the M1. They let me leave the car there, even though I live down south, and did an amazing job getting the engine replaced and having a look at what else needed fixing while they had the car in pieces. They did an amazing job and I've just driving all the way back home 3hrs away and it feels amazing! Such a smooth drive and my turbo feels so much better than before! I was even told to let them know when I got home so they knew everything was fine and I got home safely. It was honestly the best garage experience I've ever had, especially being female. I'll definitely go back whenever I'm in the area and work needs doing! Very highly recommended!!
My cars check engine light came on yesterday, I called CG autos up and they were able to squeeze me in today! Amazing service and super friendly guys! Highly recommend and definitely coming back here in future.
Absolutely ridiculous service got from them. UMAR took a pile of money from me and warranty company and didn't fix my car. UMAR is not honest person, liar, not reliable and of course not professional. Don't recommend using them.
1/8/22 Once again very happy Full service and Mot ,old car keeps on running .So nice to go to a respectable and honest garage nothing is too much trouble you know your going to get a good job done at the right price and their back up service is excellent .So friendly and easy to talk to .Very efficient from booking to completion ... I met Umer at C G Autos on a sales call some months ago. I got a great feeling about the business during my visit. Recently I had an MOT, Oil change and electrical repair completed by them. They did exactly what I wanted and went through the costs in detail. They kept me up to date and completed the work when they said they would. These qualities are hard to find these days. C G Autos have my total trust and I won't go anywhere else. If you are looking for a professional and reliable garage C G Autos are it. I am completed satisfied with their work. They get 5 stars form me. Very happy customer.
Been looking for a friendly reliable honest garage in Wakefield. Being a woman who knows nothing about cars I always worry about going to garages when something is wrong with my car. I didn't need to worry. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Fully explained what was wrong with the vehicle including showing me the faulty part. Completed the work quickly and at a great price. Clearly know their stuff and passionate about what they do and customer service. Really cannot thank them enough. Will be my go to garage now moving forward.
