By the Bay Beachfront was extremely clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Spectacular views of the bay. The beach is very flat which makes it easy to walk or jog. A nice place to swim and kayak. Trees right down to and over the beach to catch a cool breeze or have a picnic. Our second time here and we will be back for sure. Strongly recommend this place. Friendly, helpful host.
Epic place. Danny is an awesome host and super accommodating and the rooms are super adequate and supplied with everything you could need stayed in the big unit - Willawong. Amazing views and right in the beach so very accessible. Added bonus of the spa pool and kayaks for use. Highly recommend for any short or long stays in the area! Will not be disappointed! Can't wait to return!

So glad I found this place right on the beach, great views, studio apartment great size for the 2 of us, nice and clean, sorry we only had 1 night there but we will be back!! Great friendly host Noteworthy details: Right on the beach, what more could you ask for and excellent host
Awesome location, we would loved to have stayed a lot longer. Excellent hospitality, spotlessly clean, beautiful spar, direct beach access. defiantly our number one pick in NZ. Rooms: We stayed in the double apartment. One queen size bed and two singles in the other room. Comfy bed. Nearby activities: Walk the beach or swim. Spa. Safety: Very quiet, secluded. Host lived down stairs in another apartment. Walkability: Direct beach access from the front of the property. We walked the full length of the bay. Food & drinks: Full kitchen in the double apartment that we stayed in. The host also gave us directions to food placed near by. Noteworthy details: The view is spectacular, direct beach access, spotlessly clean. Could not say enough about this place.
Danny was such an awesome host, so obliging and accomodating. We have loved our stay, 2weeks of relaxing in our apartment with a water view from every room was amazing we sat more on our kingsize bed because it was so comfortable with doors open listening to the waves. Was very clean with plenty of extra towels for the spa bath which is set close to the beach, such amazing sunsets. We will be back and highly recommend "By the Bay Beachfront Apartments"
Beautiful location, clean modern room. Comfortable bed and everything you could ask for. A spa pool with a view! We will be back for sure. Host is friendly and offered extras like fishing rod and briefed us on the local places to eat. Can’t wait to share this place with our friends and daughter.Rooms: 5/5
We really enjoyed the apartment. 2 couples shared the large, 2 level apartment. It's extremely spacious and Danny is very helpful, eg the windows weren't sparkling clean on arrival so he came and re-did them for us himself! Really great location right on the beachfront. glorious views! And almost 'just around the corner' the Manganui harbour. We would definitely stay again.
