I would have to say that this is the best customer service I have received anywhere. Aaron was fantastic, not only on checking that the product I chose actually fitted my van but then suggesting another, making sure it fitted, suggesting extra pipe and making sure it all worked. In a world where women in campervans are still not always taken seriously and treated poorly, this was refreshing. Hats off to Aaron and Burnsco. You can be very proud of your business.

JC was an absolute legend today. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. He methodically helped me diagnose my campers electric tap issue switch and then helped me uninstall the old system before installing the new and improved extended-hose tap and switch - electrics and all. Now I have a summer-ready situation and couldn't be happier. Credit to the other staff who pointed me in his direction and we're super enthusiastic about ensuring I had a great experience. I ended up buying some space-saving cookware Also JCs reccomendations because I felt his service warranted a bigger reward for the store. Give this man a bonus!
Good service, the young fella was helpful with the fishfinders, inparticular the garmin stuff sorry forgot his name Warm welcome from the store dog.
