Friendly helpful staff chased up our order from Auckland.nGood price on a cassette toilet for our RV.
Customer service was shocking.nDidn't do what they promised. When they agreed to fix their wrong they promised several days in a row that it would be done today, and didn't.nWhen I went to collect the items they has fixed the person responsible ignored me and wouldn't even look at me. Another staff member asked him if it was ready and just grunted grumpily.nI will never shop there again.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bought what I needed and happy with the product. Will go back.
These guys helped me out last minute with everything I needed for my camper wish I came here first from plumbing to heaters to fishing stuff. Even allowed me to borrow some tools which saved me.nnCan’t thank them enough
