Saddly nearly done with this place, ordered online so I could pick up on my way home, lady told me it would be 5 min, after 5 min watched her make the shake, 15 min later meal arrives, told her by the time I get home the shake wpuld be sitting for 20min, she says shes going to make a new one. Yip sure that would be good... 5 minutes went past with me sitting with my food before she even started. I guess she was punishing me.
Very disappointed with our experience. We thought we’d try the new meltellica burger, but found when we arrived home, we’d been given two completely different burgers to what we’d ordered. When we rang the store to let them know, we were told they had our burgers in the warmer, if we wanted to go back and pick them up. We were not able to do that, so the staff took our details, and said someone would contact us. Over two weeks later, we’ve had no contact from anyone.
Honestly they really have an outstanding burger menu, blows other fast food places away, its so nice to be able to say that about a local kiwi company. These guys are petrol heads through and through and each shop usually has a cool muscle car to go with the shop. Awesome friendly staff too, its a bit dearer than mc Donald's, but its literally a different planet, healthier, tastier and all around a better experience
The burgers are amazing, and the service is truly impeccable. The team is consistently welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit a pleasure. I once missed my pickup time, and they handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. Kudos to the team for creating such a positive and memorable experience!
The staff were really friendly and the chicken burger was amazing. Will definitely be back!
