Staff are super friendly, but the burger had a bit of a funny smell to it. Chicken sides were overcooked, and chips underseasoned, but the sauces were really tasty! It's a solid burger, but not one that I will rush back to. And its waaaayy better than any of the chain brands Vegetarian options: Loads of vegie options on the menu, and they are cooked separately too

My burger and chips were delicious but, my wife’s pregnant so she’s got a list of foods and sauces she can’t eat. To be on the safe side, I ordered her a Bacon Backfire but removed the Brie, relish and aioli sauce. The total was more than I expected so I asked for a receipt. I was pretty disappointed to see that I hard been charged $1.50 to have bbq sauce despite removing Brie, aioli and relish. When I spoke to the staff I was told “we don’t do substitutes”. That’s poor and probably needs addressing. My burger was very good but certainly nothing I can’t get from the Liardet Street Projects, where we’ll eat next time.
No aoli included for our order which is so disappointing for our large order with 3 x chips. Order no. 151368254. Not sure how else to contact you. If you contact me and rectify I'll remove feedback.
I'm a big fan of the kids combo as it's a meal I can finish! The cheeseburger is and any guilt of chips and nom aioli is lessened with the inclusion of fruit juice Parking on a busy thoroughfare is an issue but the food is too good. I phone it in. Great service.
