I ordered for pickup at 530 and we didn't end up getting our meal until 6pm and even then it wasn't everything ordered. When we queried where our missing item was they advised it was there. We confirmed it definitely was not. In the end we switched them out for two drinks, we were asked to pay the difference, happy to do so even though we had been waiting so long already. Only to be over charged for that as well! All in all it was a terrible experience and although we enjoy the food we will not be going back anytime soon!
Food was served fast and quickly by Eva, and she followed up if I needed anything else. Great job burger fuel Kapiti Team
The chips were awful. Our pick up order wasn't ready when we arrived and we waited a while for the chips, so I was surprised when we ate them and they were undercooked. We threw away.nBurgers were delicious as always.nDidn't rate atmosphere as we had takeaway, but I wouldn't have wanted to dine in because it was cold.nWe liked the jaffa shake.
The restaurant is a great place to dine, but the service was disappointing. The young lady at the counter with a neck tattoo was unwelcoming and treated us as if we were there for free food. We spent nearly $150 on our order and were very unhappy with the service. The store wasn't busy at all on a Sunday at 2:30 PM, so there’s no excuse for the lack of energy from the staff. More enthusiastic front-counter staff are needed.
Very disappointed in the Customer Service and the wait time for my meal. I ordered online for it to be ready in 25 minutes, I arrived after 30 minutes and checked in to see if my order was ready where I was told it’ll be ‘5 more minutes’. I patiently waited another 25 minutes before I was told again another 5 minutes. At this point it was obvious that the management was extremely poor and that they must’ve been out the back killing the chicken still... Once I received my food I then found out it was cold!? Where had it been all that time? WILL NOT BE BACK
