It was Absolutely fantastic! The food was Superb, the burger was so delicious & juicy & tasty. I had onion rings, cheese, tomato, lettuce and sweet potatoes fries. These were the best fries I've ever had! Wow! Wow! Wow! I'll definitely go back. The guy behind the counter was sweet. Just the toilets & tables were dirty! That was so disappointing!

Easily one of my favourite BurgerFuel restaurants, or BF's for short, I've ever been to! I will be going again to see that very kind and cool Manager.
21/11/2022 I was served by a beautiful young lady. It was my birthday and I ordered the BBQ ROADSTER burger. I have to say it was THE BEST burger I have had in my life!! Even personalized down to HAPPY BIRTHDAY written on my burger package! That made it even more special and made me smile! It's the details and going the extra mile that makes it more special... 110% service!!! I will be coming back for MORE!! The lady who served me had OUTSTANDING customer service! Quality I haven't seen in a longgggg time from other restaurants or service places. When you go the EXTRA mile, by showing kindness and spreading light into someone's life. That joy is then shared again. I just had to write this review and say something about my experience! THANK YOU to her! You deserve a decent raise! Or promoted to manager! Keep up the GREAT efforts that your already doing!!!! I wish you well and success in your life!!!
Food came quick. Chips were extra salty if you're into that. A menu to suit a variety of dietary requirements. Vegetarian options: Tasty

I waited 40 minutes for one burger. I walked in after a rough day needing something to eat. I watched a few people who came in after me leave with their food before me somehow, I assumed that maybe these people had made online orders in advance but that wasn’t the case. Turns out I was just sitting there all that time for nothing because the staff were not attentive enough. The person who finally realised my order had been ready for who knows how long showed no care whatsoever that I had been wasting my time sitting there tired and hungry. I don’t feel inclined to return after experiencing this sort of service.
01/08/22 - UPDATE - I believe in giving people a second chance but, OMG these guys must attend a “how not to hospitality” course to be this epic at fail. Always have your ID ready because their only response after they have lost/ignored your prepaid, online order is to constantly ask your name. 3 staff including manager needed to know who I was so they could show me another customers order, prove they had no idea of my order, my payment or where we were at in the order/sale/purchase/supply/identification of failure/refund sequence. No acknowledgement of error or apology just feeble attempts to appear to look like they were dealing with the situation. They then rang me 27 minutes after leaving the store without requested refund 30 minutes after the pick up time to tell me my order was ready. The amazing staff member then asked if I would like to come back and pick up the order or a refund? I order online in an attempt to save time, so of course I’d love to stop what I’m now doing and drive back to the place that just refused to refund me because I didn’t give them my name a forth time, for goods I had ordered that they failed to provide in the indicated time, Same staff as my last review. GOOD LUCK BURGERFUEL UPPER HUTT? 18/04/22 - Just not what it used to be. I get it, covid related staffing issues right? Soooo not paying enough? Pick up time pushed out from 18:41-19:14. Inconvenient. Chips under cooked, shakes were like chocolate milk. Not up to usual high standards.

Sad to see this place going downhill. Ordered online for pick up, only to get home and items were missing, and apparently out of stock. So they took my money, didn't tell us at pick up and I guess just hoped we wouldn't notice? The staff are usually friendly, but this is just ridiculous. Was told I'd get a call from a manager to arrange a refund but heard nothing despite going back instore to ask for an update. Won't be going back after this.
