Whilst the food is always great, this store needs more staff. Every time we've been there has been extraordinary long wait times. The staff there can't keep up with all the online orders and walk in orders. It got to the point they had turn off online orsrifng AND close the door and refuse more customers coming in so they could catch up. The staff are doing the best they can while facing up to annoyed customers but this is not ideal.
Food is good but really pricey now $25 for a burger, spuds and drink. Recently they got my order wrong, I called them up and they said we’ll send me vouchers and all that, got my details and still nothing, sent an email about another complaint but haven’t heard back yet.Recommended dishesBurnout, V-Twin Vege
I replied to the response from the owner and nothing from them at all!! 8.5.2023 Still no reply from the owners, I'm getting the impression they don't care Rubbish!! No cheese on the burgers we asked/supposed to to have cheese on, the burgers were burnt both sides and we only found out after getting home with them Don't bother complaining you'll be ignored by the manager who can understand cash handling but not complaints

Ordered 2 x Burnout burgers. Came with no Avo for some reason, and one of the sauces or the chicken on it was starting to go off Been here many times but this time it was awefull! Dont think we'll return again.
Modern new premises with really large dining area. Food up to usual excellent Burger Fuel standards. Wheelchair accessibility: Looks to have good wheelchair access with wide entrance doors.

Ordered here multiple times, 15 minute takeaway turned into a 55 minute wait. They wrote the wrong name down, so our order was sitting in the oven warmer for the duration of waiting and going up to the bench twice to ask if the order for “Dad” was actually for “Sam” after repeating what we ordered. Won’t be back.
Excellent service, burger&shake and very clean. If you're serious about your burgers your first stop should be burgerfuel.
I just found my go to Burger place in Hastings. Great service and people. Tasty Burgers.
