First time eating here and we were not disappointed....the burger's were so tasty absolutely delicious, they have a great variety of sides. This is definitely going to be our new place to eat. They were very busy, but the staff are so friendly and helpful,
Went to a fancy steak house in Rotorua the night before. This was just way better food! Well cooked, super tasty. Good service. Great Kumara fries.

Not recommended. Weird place to eat. Totally inflexible on leaving a sauce off a sandwich, and we wanted a milkshake with half one flavor and half something else and the manager actually said it's against BURGERFUEL REGULATIONS. Her words To make it that way even though they are made by hand.
