My husband was so excited to try this burger place as locals in NZ raved on about it. So we got the chance when we were in Rotorua. The girl that was serving us was very polite and patient, as we were one of those annoying tourists that took forever to decide. She even took the time to explain the burgers to us. We ate in and the burgers came promptly. They looked promising, and we were eager to bite into them. For me, the burgers were way too greasy. I wanted to love them as they're local to NZ, but I honestly couldn't get through my burger. My husband enjoyed his burger, so to be fair we scored it a 3. I'm proud I gave it a go!

The best from BurgerFuel a Double American Muscle and a CN Cheese Burger and fries as pictured. Ordered takeaway and not disappointed with Burger meals.Food: 5/5
Pretty good. Excellent service. Burgers large but messy. Didn't have the holders like other outlets do. On the whole tasty. Wife's faverate eating place. Vegetarian options: One of our daughters is vegetarian. She enjoyed the v twin.

Waited for an hour and a half just how I like it. Food was cold and raw, beef was almost still alive if you ask me. Asked to talk to the manager and a dwarf come out music was literally dog water. Overall I loved it, reminds me of homeputaruru. Cheers purker fuel

Burgerfuel Fairy Springs is by FARRRR the best one I've been too. The staff are always so friendly and genuinely care about the customers. They ALWAYS have a clean store and the food is obviously to die for. Highly recommend going. Kid-friendliness: Everytime I'm there the staff always give out colourijg to the kiddies. They cater for EVERYONES wants and needs.
Great experience was passing through the town. Was the busiest I've ever seen any burger king. Run like a proper restaurant staff were amazing, made a big confusing order with my friends. toilets were clean. Parking: Shared parking plenty there even at peak time. Wheelchair accessibility: Level with road has a ramp to get on foot path
The two lad I was served by were lovely, welcoming, polite. It was my first time using burger fuel and i loved it. Thank you.Food: 5/5
