It was busy on a Friday night, but the food was made in good time and cooked fresh. When I asked about a missing box of spud fries, no issues and it was resolved quickly. The $12 kids meals are good value and you can just pay extra to swap the drinks. Check out the "Specials" as it's good value. Excellent quality and value
Never disappoints, same good standard across all their outlets. Place was clean and staff was friendly. Plenty of parking all around the outlet. Had the modifried thunderbird burger for the first time and will be back for more. But maybe put in a smaller piece of lettuce that isn't half the size of the entire burger next time
Thought the new breakfast menu looked like it was worth a try, especially the coffee. The coffee shake along with the hash bites were excellent.... Brat burger wasn't anything special though, unfortunately, and the good Joe black coffee wasn't that memorable either The shake is 100% definitely worth visiting for!!
Not what it was, unfortunately. And, greatly overpriced for what it is. Fries seemed to be the end of the batch with all small pieces filling up the box seemed like staff couldn't be bothered to make a new batch. Also, the meat wasn't as good as the past. Thought l'd give Burger Fuel one more chance but unfortunately will never eat there again.
We are lucky to have one of the best BurgerFuel restaurants around. Their burgers are always cooked perfectly and our meals have always been ready on time… and with no order mistakes which is more than I can say for our local McD’s. Friendly staff too.
A lil disappointed with my order that was pre purchased online. Sure the place was very busy upon arrival. Staff were pleasant & friendly. No complaints there, I'm not sure that it was the drive home or not but my kumara chips & burger were barely warmed. Lucky I was at home by then, chucked in the microwave for 30secs then I was happy. Good fast food otherwise!. Rather BurgerFuel than Maccas any time.
I always get the V-Twin Vege burger but this time there no plum sauce, no relish nor Aioli only Ketchup, the patty wasn't cooked well. disappointed. The Modifried Thunderbird was ok
Lacks consistency. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s terrible! I’ve had an amazing few burgers and then some overly salty, overcooked, poorly assembled ones. Quite pricey for a fast food joint so when the food isn’t up to scratch, it’s really disappointing. On more than one occasion, they failed to add enough flavour in the shake and it ended up tasting like vanilla soft serve with milk. Disappointing when you order a caramel shake and it tastes like vanilla ice cream. And super annoying when you order take-out and get home to that.
This place is awesome. Delicious burgers and fries, topped with their awesome aioli sauce. Friendly quick service. I was a bit disappointed last week when I couldn't order burgers because they ran out of burger buns! That being said, their food deserves 5 stars!
Ordered fries .. waited 20 mins went to check staff forgot to put the order through. Staff member drinking alcohol whilst working, not a good look. Maybe the staff is too intoxicated to get the basics right . It’s a fast food joint get it together !
