Hands down the best burger fuel in NZ!!! The bro Leong went above and beyond to make great recommendations and make us feel welcome. I got the fried chicken sandwich and added bacon… it was chefs kiss. The kumara fries blew me away and are much better than any I’ve had anywhere in the world!!! Keep up the great work team.
Staff were amazingly friendly and the food was great! Love them shroom burgers so much, I practically inhaled it and couldn't even take a photo, oops!
The manager was incredibly friendly and great to talk to. The food was superb and would definitely recommend the C N Cheeseburger. Great balanced burger but definitely a large meal to eat.nPlace was clean and tidy, employees were friendly, especially the younger chap that gave me water.nI would appreciate it if they were to put price tags on the bottled drinks so you know how much they cost without having to ask the employees or on the receipt.nNo complaints really, great place to eat.
I ordered online, an hour in advance for my daughters birthday dinner.nThe staff took a long time to gather my order that should have been ready a few minutes prior.nThe burger patty was over-cooked to the point that it was mostly flavorless, and the outside was far too crunchy. But the worst part was the chips were so under-cooked that most of them are still raw inside, and all of them are soft and soggy. I can't bring myself to eat any more. What a waste.nOverall the worst experience I've had at any fast food establishment in the past few years.nnEdit: I was given some burger and fry vouchers. Thank you
Really enjoyed the food at Burger Fuel Bethlehem... The smack and cheese meal was a nice change. The gentlemen that served us was helpful and friendly. The European lady with black hair clearly doesn't like her job, as someone who works in customer service having a friendly attitude and a smile can go a long way. The tables could do with a wipe down too
