I came to order at the door today with my friends we ordered mostly burgers, like a great American and BBQ beef burger, omg were they so yum or what, absolutely loved it!!! The tall brunette girl who works there served us, she was so polite and helpful great customer service!, I believe she also made our burgers! Will definitely be coming back again!
Highly recommend this place, the lady who I assume is the manager young pacific island or Maori woman is bubbly and has the best customer service of any food place I’ve ever been to.. lovely and actually knows about allergens. She managed to make everything dairy free and explain / understood the allergens. Wasn’t annoyed at all! And the food was delicious but to be honest the highlight was her service. We will definitely be back
Excellent service, the team were amazing. The food was just a little too meaty and lacking sauce but that's just me. Food on the whole was excellent.
I had outstanding customer service from Jules. The food is amazing and a great atmosphere on the whole. Jules, you will never know just how much your kind gesture brought some light into what was otherwise a really dark and difficult time. I highly recommend this place
In these COVID times a quality takeout helps maintain one's sanity - this little gem serves up giant burgers, beautiful wraps with loads of healthy fillings to chose from and THE BEST kumara chips I've ever tasted! I craved those chips for a whole week before I allowed myself to go back. Honestly I don't know how they do it, but those chips are crispy all around the outside, soft and sweet on the inside and with gorgeous caramelized bits in-between. The staff are friendly and helpful, maintaining the appropriate safety precautions whilst serving up fantastic family meals.
Finally got around to trying dining here, and it was worth the wait. We liked the brightly coloured and welcoming decor. On this visit we both had Burritos, I liked being able to select what additional ingredients to add or leave out. Shame the shift staff did not seem that enthusiastic. Looking forward to my next visit.
Normally 10/10 but tonight below zero. New girl didn't no what she was doing asked for supreme nachos she put way to much mushy beans on and forgot mince. They then took out oven and didn't re make it jist put the most SMALLEST amount of mince on top of it all which then made my chips rock solid and I literally couldn't taste any mince at all. Paid 17.70 for 5 dollars worth. Really disappointing. Not the new girls fault she should of been trained and being watched over a bit more.
Most awesome Wisconsin Burgers ever! Great service, friendly, helpful staff. Couldn't fault it. Certainly worth driving past Burger Fuel Takanini to get the best burgers at Pukekohe. Tops!!!
