Visited your site today fully intending to purchase a take away meal. However the accessible toilet was in such a disgusting state that I immediately lost my appetite! The obvious lack of hygiene extended to stained door, floor and walls. Not good enough, especially as this also incorporates a baby change table.nPlease accept my apologies for the targeted feedback if the responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the bathroom facilities lies with the adjacent Z service station.
The staff are so kind. Going through the drive through in the time I was in the area made my day, each time I was greeted so kindly with such a kind and happy voice. It just makes you happy when you hear and see someone else like that, Burger King Tūrangi is my favourite Burger King in New Zealand. The staff are amazing and the service is good, the food is nice and i definitely recommend going here whether it be for a pit stop or you live in the area and don’t go often!
This was disgusting food all over the ground. When they did clean the floors no tables where wwipe down. The manger needs to be reprimand to let the place go so bad. I Bet head office won't be happy how this place looks. Food took ages to come out and chips was cold.
It has good access for dining in, looking at the menus on the pictures, the menus serving on paper pictures, and serving correctly . It was great for short visits and also for sitting down to eat. AA
On the way back from burying my grandpa yesterday we went through this Burger King drive through. The first person non of us could hear until the second person came onto the speaker and started to take our order in a very rude manner. When we got to the second window an old short lady with a Karen haircut the manager started accusing us of yelling at some 12y/o and said she was listening to our conversation when she obviously wasn’t because NOTHING HAPPENED. So after the Karen manager makes me feel so bad I apologised to the kid for no reason just for my food to be built the the tower of piza with nothing in it and more of it just sitting in the wrapping next to the burger. By far the worst Burger King I’ve been to and definitely the worst a restaurant has had me leaving. Save your money and mood and get a happy meal
