Ordered soft serve dessert, didn't get it.nBurger was an absolute mess and bun was burnt.nWhoever is running this place now has no skill or work ethic.nMassive let down.
It has good access for dining in, looking at the menus on the pictures, the menus serving on paper pictures, and serving correctly . It was great for short visits and also for sitting down to eat. AA. This place here, has prepared their menus well, service is excellent and I am happy to see the Burger King menus. I also say to other friends or colleagues that are just passing through, to stop and rest at the Burger King to eat, and then drive ahead after. Quick turnaround. Eat on the run!! Great
Got our order wrong, only realised once we got home. And then the burger bun had a weird grey colour on it, meat smelt weird, and did not taste fresh. Was done after 2 bites. Put me off BK for life.
We went into Burger King as a family for a quick tea and ordered 3x bk chicken combo meals with frozen coke and 1xsprite as well as 2x 8 pack Korean chicken. We spent over 60 bucks. The place was a shambles, not one clean table, and the floor covered in junk. Anyway, out of notice the frozen coke machine wasn't working, so we tried to tell the people that went would just have normal coke zero. We had to repeat ourselves 3 or 4 times till they got the message. When we finally got our cups we went to use the drink machine and the nozzle was stuffed, not working. When tried to pump ice in cups there was none, so we tried to put coke in with no ice and some fizzy flat aerated water came out we tried many times and the nozzle would spit drink everywhere. There had been spills before that, but hadn't been cleaned, just 2 paper towels laid on it. When we finally managed to get coke out of the machine, it tasted like it had been in there uncovered for a month and a half. We ended up deciding to not get any drink at all. Got no discount. Korean chicken was soggy and almost not cooked. Burgers only had a few bits of lettuce, and hardly any mayo. They looked like they had been thrown together by a 2 yr old. I would give this 0 stars if possibl. Do not buy from here
This store really needs to get themselves organized! Ordered X2 shakes.....waited while they made them. Then they were left sitting there while he went off and did something else. After our shakes had sat there for a while another lady finished them off and bought them to the counter. When I asked how long there were sitting there for she said 'no have just made them'! Not impressed!nI would have thought, for a store in this location, at Christmas time, would be better managed!
