Stopped at Burger King Turangi with my daughter and 2 grand children. Ordered our meals, when we went to eat my daughters burger had sause on it that had pickles in it, when she ordered she asked for just mayo and bbq sauce. We had to take her burger back 3 times before they got it right. She is highly ellergic to pickles. Only one person had a log in code for ordering so had to wait each time for them. Rude attitude from staff, rolling eyes and speaking in their language and laughing each time. Restaurant was dirty and tables were filthy. Staff standing around doing nothing. In any line of work we say, if you have time to lean you have time to clean. Even though we asked to dine in our order was in take away bags and no trays to eat off. Looking at previous reviews I'm hesitant that mine will make a difference as the 1 star seems to be a theme and the generic replys are all the same with no change to the service, Restaurant or atmosphere
Ordered soft serve dessert, didn't get it.nBurger was an absolute mess and bun was burnt.nWhoever is running this place now has no skill or work ethic.nMassive let down.
As an Aussie travelling around NZ I was apprehensive coming to Burger King but the Double Whopper with cheese I just had was the best I’ve eaten in20 yrs of hungry jacks . Took me back to my youth. Unfortunately no coffees here otherwise would be all 5 stars.
This place is a mess. Needs a good clean.bad hygiene here. I cant believe burger king allows this place to open. Worst reveiw I've ever placed
The service from the workers there was absolutely disgusting. U had one worker there serving people rolling there eyes at the customers. Total disrespect an a absolutely disgrace to the burger king franchise over all. The food was cold. And to be honest health amd safety should probs have a look into the way things are handled there. The beverages was warm. No ice available. The tables were disgusting. And this was a quiet period of time where the workers could have been out there wiping tables cleaning floors. Health and safety most definitely need to look into this. I will defs be giving them a email about this place. An utter disgusting experience. Geez have some pride where u work. We all dont wanna work but geez u guys r the worst
