I ordered a bk crispy chicken double burger meal deal $17 and chicken fries with chilli maple sauce. $6.90 for my Grandson and I to share.nDidn't mind waiting the 20 mins but the meal arrived with chilli mayo and the beef whopper deal not the crispy chicken one I ordered which I didn't realise till I'd eaten the chips and chicken chips. By that time our driver had eaten his meal so I didn't have time to go back and get them to correct the order. Served by the manager too so was a tad disappointed.nThen went to use the toilet..... Will let the pics speak for themselves.nWho retrains the BK teams who don't get the picture right? You need to send them in.
Got a kings burger combo, chips were in the takeaway bag not in a pouch, coke was foul, burger was in bits in the box. Unfortunately I had driven away before.i checked.and couldn't be bothered going back. Lady serving was nice.
On the way back from burying my grandpa yesterday we went through this Burger King drive through. The first person non of us could hear until the second person came onto the speaker and started to take our order in a very rude manner. When we got to the second window an old short lady with a Karen haircut the manager started accusing us of yelling at some 12y/o and said she was listening to our conversation when she obviously wasn’t because NOTHING HAPPENED. So after the Karen manager makes me feel so bad I apologised to the kid for no reason just for my food to be built the the tower of piza with nothing in it and more of it just sitting in the wrapping next to the burger. By far the worst Burger King I’ve been to and definitely the worst a restaurant has had me leaving. Save your money and mood and get a happy meal
Your average run of the mill burger king. Ordered via the electric screen, did not have to wait long for the food as well. Sat down and ate the food, it was pretty nice. Overall a fine experience.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND A HEALTH AND SAFTEY RISK DO NOT LOCK THE DOORS WITH YOUR DISGUSTING WET FLOOR SIGNS AND PUT BINS IN THE WAY OF THE DOORS SO NOBODY CAN GET OUT THAT IS ABSOLUTELY PUTTING LIFE AT RISK AND YOU ARE ABUSIVE TOWARDS ELDERLY DISGUSTING NO NEED TO YELL AT THE OLD PEOPLE THAT IS HORRIBLE. THIS IS A BUILDING CODE HEALTH AND SAFETY VIOLATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REVOLTING. I AM SHOCKED AT THIS RESTAURANT AND WE HAVE FILED A POLICE REPORT. TURANGI BK NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN OR A WHOLE NEW LOT OF STAFF, THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BK IVE EVER BEEN TOO.
