Sorry folks but this experience did not measure up to what I’d expect from a Burger King store. No surprise that the thick shake machine was down, ended up throwing away the substituted apple juice after one mouthful. Looked like 2 staff rostered and no one else eating in the cavernous store that looks like it was previously some sort of retail space maybe …?
Fresh food! Tasted great wasn't greesy or oily. Was the best Burger King I've been to. Kind and friendly staff and clean facilities
Although I love the taste of BK, I'm nearly always disappointed with the service and the cleanliness of the restaurants. Tokoroa BK was one of the worst BK experiences I've had in a while. Restaurant dining area looks tired and slightly grubby. Toilets are a disgrace. Staff were typically flat and unenthusiastic. Food was passably hot and tasty. Would go again, but only because I prefer BK burgers to Maccers.
Basic BK. Only two self-service kiosks.
Good customer service, Fresh food, Fries usually hot and fairly efficient waiting times. Only downside is the app is usually always down/offline
