Have been to this store many times. Many times I have been let down… Items are always missing for drive through orders. When inquiring about missing items I am always treated like a criminal, as if I am not truthful and trying to scam them or something? Managers/staff often argue between each other as to how or why items maybe missing instead of just sorting my order. Meanwhile I’m waiting in the drive through holding up other customers and the food I have received is getting cold. Never any apology after realising their mistake, just a cold look, quick pass of the bag and then quickly closing window to avoid anymore contact. Chips are almost always cold and stale. Would not recommend this store. In the case of an emergency and you do make an order, please check very thoroughly that everything is there. I’m not usually one to complain at all but this store is terrible and I feel compelled to write this.
Haven't bought BK for many years and I now know why. What a rip off. $10 for a handful of fries, the Korean chicken is nothing like the picture shown. Will be a very, very long time before I go back. Good old style takeaways for me in the future.
Every time I receive a drink, it is warm, stale, and has no ice. Today, I received the worst large drink, which I didn't even touch after taking a sip because it was super stale. Burgers and chips were good. I have wasted so much money on drinks that I never enjoyed
Food is always good but seems like the staff aren’t really friendly and fast enough to run the place, so maybe replace them!!
Gave wrong order to Uber driver, was cold and absolutely a big disappointment. Gave order back to Uber driver and never heard back from him. Rang BK but said they were closed. Disgusting service. I'll be going in tomorrow to get my money back. It was late we were staying in a motel had just got there and sooo hungry. What an absolute joke. So 2 people missed out. Muppets.
