Saw some new products, so I wanted to try them. We know what Burger King is, so I'll get straight to the review. When I went there, the service was great. - Triple stacker rodeo burger 8.3/10 What a beast. Massive burger. Would have left out the burger sauce tbh, and just use the bbq sauce and mayo. Overall, you really just need the burger, not the combo. It's big enough as it is. - Maple chili chicken bites 7.2/10 Very small maple sauce, need more. Bites need to be crispier, but they were ok.
I was at BK yesterday. The food was just average and I went to their toilet to wash my hand and it was shocking when I saw that the seat cover was broken for both of the toilets and there were workers doing some repair at the counter table and moved on to the kitchen area. Shouldn't they do that during the shop closed? It is a health and safety matter.
Got given the burger with incorrect wrapping- zero communication... so returned the plant based stickered burger for beef. No apologies. Returned again after thinking the bacon was missing. They redid my burger with tiny piece of bacon. Disappointing burger, Disappointing service. I was polite and apologized, but zero apologies from them. I just received rude service. I will never return.
Compared with burger-king in Albany mega centre, I seem they do maintenance pretty well. When I wipe the table before I have my meal, the female manager saw it and came to wipe it out again. She has quite good sense of humor. And after the drive-through and uber eats order, I saw the staffs are trying to tidy up the bench, tables, chairs and floors.
We ordered via Uber eats I have complained there as well but this was 100% fault of the shop itself. I ordered a sprite with my meal and this is the disgusting dirty looking fizzy water I got. I doesn’t even taste like sprite?? This isn’t the first time this has happened either but it’s actually yuck! I had to say something eventually!
They need more staff! The food was great and tasty but there was only 3 people working and it was super busy. They need more people and the only reason their service was not that great was probably because they are all stressed and tired. Will be going back but I hope they get more help. Special shout out to the team from today!Food: 5/5
Tried the Maple Fried Chicken burger and it had a really artificial maple flavour. I also slipped but caught myself on the way in because the wet floor sign was to the right of the door way and on an angle that made it not obvious. Staff were lovely but seemed under the pump with minimal customers so assuming they were short-staffed that day.
Food was pretty good but place was dirty. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burgers.
Forgettable. The food was plastic. And the service barely helpful. I felt like an intruder. NOT recommendedFood: 3/5
