I was served by a very nice youth who was clearly new to the job. He was shouted at very rudely by the lady in charge who merely scolded him and made no effort to kindly show him how to do things correctly. They were not busy, so there was no need for her rude, poor, and autocratic behaviour. Staff training and good customer service are so important. Yelling achieves nothing. My fries were cold, so I don't think they are making food fresh to order. Very, very disappointing. Next time will try Wild Bean in the same building. More pleasant. Vegetarian options: The Mexican burger was tasty.
It seems Burger King Dairy Flat doesn't care about its customers as its poor reviews 3 months ago haven't improved. I was no exception last Friday evening 12 May 2023. Very poor customer service from an untrained youth serving and cold food received. I am never returning and what's more, l will tell everybody about your poor performance. Never take your customers for granted Burger King. You never know who you're serving.
Hands down the worst customer service I've ever had at a burger King anywhere! Staff don't care and don't listen. Waves the eftpos machine in your face and walks off. 15 minutes later returns with my 2 burgers. Had to remove his airpods to hear me asking 6 times for a receipt.
I ordered Hawaiian BK Chicken and ask to Remove Bacon. But unfortunately they didn't Remove BACON and the chicken patty was cold. Anyway thankx for the Bacon and cold chicken patty
Very disappointing manager has no costomer service skills ZERO. Food got squashed in to the bag. Everything is flat. Try to speak to the guy and he just walks off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT THIS BK
Inexperienced and unfriendly staff. The teenager at the drive through window had airpods in and couldn't hear when I spoke to him, then waved the eftpos machine at me because he didn't hear me say I needed a different card. He definitely did not care he was at his place of work, I feel bad for who has to pay him as it's a waste of their money. And he's not the only rude teenager I've seen work there. I won't be going back.
Made a App order at 9.30pm to pick up through the drive through of the Dairy Flat store located northbound between albany and silverdale. Store was supposed to close at 11. Got to the store and it was getting closed up, spoke with the manager and was told someone would contact me the next day. As i was heading past around midday the following day after not hearing anything from bk i stopped in to get a refund, after waiting in line for 10 min looked like only 3/4 staff on the shift manager automatically assumed i wanted the order that i had ordered the night before, when i said no, i want a refund i was told he couldnt do it. I said fine just make the order, and waited another 7 min for the order meanwhile no one else in the line of about 7 people were getting served. Once i got my order i got into my car and noticed the order was wrong, i had been given a small chips instead of a regular which i had paid for. Once i got home i called the bk hotline and all they could do was take my name and pass it to area and store managers.
Paid for a regular combo and a cheese cake only received my combo but no cheese cake. I come to this place quite often but never again.Food: 1/5
Understaffed so they had to close the drive through. Onion rings were terrible. Buttermilk chicken burger was okay, the southern tenders just tasted like egg. Poor staff were doing the best they could
Burger king motorway pitstop totally can't be relied on. Clearly close when it suits them not their customers. Planned to go there on a road trip, checked opening hours - got there 1hr 15 before closing at night to be told by staff they were closing. When I said their website stated they were open until 10pm; they gave rubbish response they were closing due to lack of staff & maintenance yet they clearly were all still there, & I believe their excuse was nonsense. Shouldn't have the contract on motorway if unreliable. are not going to deliver.
