The worst burger king in the country. Slow as drive thru. The app hardly ever works here. What's the point in a reward system if you can never use it. Staff look depressed and uninterested. Toilets are a mess. Would rather drive to Tauranga BK.Food: 1/5
Just sat in drive through for 15mins and got near the window to pay and the car in front still hadn't paid or gotten there food! So spent another another 10mins waiting after ordering absolutely abysmal with no notice or notication when at the speaker boxFood: 2/5

Food was good. Toilets bad. Wash basin has a pushbutton tap. Stand in front of the basis and all your clothes gets wet. Stand next to it and the floor is wet and very slippery. Please guys change the tap.Food: 4/5

Excellent service from staff. The disappointing thing was the drinks were warm, and sadly there was no ice, staff were happy to get us ice in a big cup. The staff were fantastic. The roof had major leaks 6 buckets collecting the water from the roof, and there were big puddles on the floor!Food: 4/5
Takes forever everyday gone at different times early late it's always the same you could be the only person in the drive thru and it'll take 10 minutes to outrageous if I wanted to wait in line this long id get out and go inFood: 2/5
I received a dirty/used cup when we went through the drive thru. Only noticed when I got home. I ordered an iced dring to find the inside of the cup was dirty and had curdled milk throughout my half filled drink.. Lucky I hadn't taken a sip yet Food: 1/5
