WARNING!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!nDINE IN CARPARK USERS!!!!nOur group have been slammed with a breach of parking because we big group of 11 over stayed the 30min parking notice. The offence took place back in June 1st 2024, and I received the FIRST letter saying it was their final warning. 8days later it has gone to Baycorp! $95 x 3.. we had 3 carloads of ppl We dined in the entire time and never 'walked off' anywhere else.nThe only thing we done wrong was not eat our food fast enough, we dined in during the busy lunch rush so food came out at different times, and we had a big group. Not something we can easily do in 30 minutes and now it's going to effect our credit rating!!nSo js be aware if u have a big group, or are just dining in, it's a 30 minute parking.. dnt get caught off like we did.
tried to go through drive through. waited for someone to reply but no one did. had to go in store and the server mumbled and did not seem happy to be there. took too long to take our order because it seemed like everything was going through one ear and out the other. average food
Food was slow. All tables were filthy. Drink station also filthy. Floor dirty and sticky, chewing gum stuck to the floor even!. Staff are rude and very untidy dress!. Rubbish buns gross and dirty. Windows and doors also filthy. Piss poor atmosphere. Not a pleasant experience. Food was gross!
Great place for fast food, with some options of health ones. We went on Boxing Day and the place was packed. I was going to give a lower grade , the service was decent and it was dirty not because of the employees, but because of the customers who didn’t dispose their left overs in the rubbish bin, leaving many tables full of cups and stuff. They should be aware this is a fast pace environment which relies on their customers to keep it clean.
Waited almost 15 minutes in drive thru for food. Food was cold service was absolutely disgusting didn't even get a hello was handed eftpos machine even though I was paying by cash. I actually asked the staff member why he didn't say hi when I pulled up and was told they are not required to greet customers and it was policy to hand over eftpos machine at window and not ask how the customer is paying by. Don't think I'll be coming back to this store
