Used the drive through to order a burger to eat on the way home. Service at the window was very meh, guy had no customer service skills at all. Food was quick to arrive and was tasty, so no complaints there
I agree with all the other 1 star reviews on here. Very very slow service. Took 20 minutes for 2 burgers. I wouldnt bother wasting your time here cross the road to McDonald's. Some staff members had very very thick accents and I didn't even realise they called my name. Even the staff couldn't understand each other. And they don't even respond to reviews, just say head on over to the site. Horrible .
Re Masterton restaurant: Often something wrong; just the last two drive through orders alone: one burger had no sauce, the next- double whopper had only one patty. Frequently no napkins, fries all over the place, very sloppy. Fortunately most other branches are pretty good. IMO they also need to streamline their app.
Young Lad called Ashton has served me multiple times always onto it friendly and quick great example of a great worker. Always good quality foods cleanliness and a great atmosphere. Great work BK Masterton!
Very good place to eat nice food.nFriendly staff and very welcoming.
