I love cheesecake. This was $5.75 of regret.nSmallest cheesecake ever, a weird cheesecake filling and a mismatched sugary biscuit base.nIf you want cheesecake with your burger, walk across the road and buy a Pam’s Cheesecake for $5.99 at New World which is 10x the size and better tasting.
I was a VIP member of burger king kumeu and for quite a well but the service has really gone down hill! I found promotional deals which recently did not honor as they use to and the worst thing about this was when I got in touch with customer support twice on both occasions it was ignored with no response?? And still nothing to this day !nMy friend went to same branch today and had same issues - the person at drive thru could not speak fluent English that well and she got the feeling as if they money belonged to the staff member and had trouble with presenting her super gold card which she has every right - it was so much drama for her and daughters child that she just drove away and dismissed order - i mean come on burger king get your act together !! Plenty of fast food competition out there
Was excited to eat burger king but was very dissatisfied with the food, fries tasted very stale no flavor, onion rings was soggy and the burger was so bad the chicken was so hard! The staff is really nice just not the food!
Hot food , clean. Chips cooked nice as was my burger, young freindly staff ready and willing to give the real tase of what BK stands for.
Customer service excellence - got my order slightly wrong missed the cheese and made a full new order a couple days later when I went back to tell them. Legends
