Caring friendly helpful staff. Clean cheerful surroundings. Feels like a resort not a retirement home. I have both my parents here and I am very happy with the care they receive.
Absolutely amazing place. My grandmother was so well cared for. The staff go above and beyond for their residents and the residents family. The facility is always clean and hygiene standards are exceptional. But aswell as it being an amazing facility the care and respect my grandmother and my family was shown in the days leading up to her passing was absolutely exceptional. The support everyone received from all staff was incredible. So this facility comes very highly recommended by me. Thank you very much Chris and your exceptional team
A very welcoming place. A lovely atmosphere. My mother in law is very happy there. All staff are compassionate and caring and thoroughly professional. We are impressed with the hygiene standards and practices. A big thankyou to you all.

Unfortunately I’d have to agree with you Ash.nAfter working in the Aged Care industry for over 30 years it was like stepping back in time with the care or lack of it that was offered to my family member.nBeing told by a Nurse that only skeleton staff worked at the weekend her excuse for lack of care & supervision so all residents need to be independent is unacceptable.nTe Puke Country Lodge states in their brochure hopefully you have changed this? that they specialise in Dementia Care...but actually don’t.nI’ll resist the temptation to go in to detail in this feedback Chris out of respect for my family and the fact that they have been through enough already with their dealings with Te Puke Country Lodge.
