Night staff were absolutely amazing! They made my 3 Children so happy with there little task they gave them to complete whilst I grabbed last minute items, my children were awarded cookies after they completed the task, most peaceful, enjoyable experience! Thank you beautiful ladies!
Bunnings have great range and service can be good sometimes but my pet hate is why oh why don't they Man more till and checkout.nThere were eight people in a que and one till in operation the whole reason for their existence is to hear those tills going ker ching .nI have complained before but no joy . I have walked out in the past and went to Mitre 10
Bunnings Warehouse is part of 'The Hub' in Whakatane. It's a D.I.Y., garden & hardware store and is fairly extensive. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Their garden center has a lot of variety and mostly good value. Both normal trolleys and flat trolleys for large items are available. They have a fair bit of variety within items also e.g. 3-4 different types/brands of bark, different types of solar garden lights ranging from super-cheap to reasonably upmarket.
Ask a man John to help me with kitchen ware he said to me “NO” then I asked if he can get me someone who can help me in kitchen ware no one was around he said “NO I CANT IM GOING FOR A CUP OF TEA” I then said argh ok well your no help walking towards other workers in paint isle then he turned around and said to me “dont be useless go do it yourself” Oh my god! We were all in disbelief. Long story short, the painting staff were very helpful, then pointed me in the direction of the manager, the manager came down and she was awesome, very apologetic, nice and considerate. This man should not be working there if hes rude to customers, lucky I didn’t make a scene, I would have been in the wrong. Good luck to whoever else he does this too, he will try and change the story and blame you. Still got what I needed and will still be our usual go to on the weekends. Mauriora
