I went to Bunnings looking for a specific item. One staff member told me it was in one aisle, another sent me to a different aisle. The item wasn’t in either place. I was then told it was probably just gone, even though the website clearly said it was in stock. No one offered to check the system or help further. If the stock info is wrong, at least make the effort to help customers properly. Very frustrating experience
Matthew Matt from the store was absolutely amazing and helpful! We needed to refund some bulbs from the Petone store and Matt went above and beyond in advising which bulbs would work and gave us a detailed rundown of brightness and colours. The refund was super easy and we even managed to get a pack of 8 LED Bulbs for $5. A big shoutout to Matt!
Severely understaffed and those there weren't helpful. Long queues of people waiting to be served or answer queries. My mission was 50%successful. At least the car parking is free outside.
