I found the the staff at Bunnings Taupo to be incredibly helpful assisting me to make the best informed decision based on my needs. I am a DIY wannabe wanting reliable affordable tools for a one off garage renovation. They made sure i had everything i needed to save me having to return to get things I didn't think of.
ok, I actually wanna leave 5 star review for Ian.nhe was very helpful and saw me strugling with my trolley and put the load in my car.nhe was very attentive and went out of his way to lend a hand.nthe rest, is not good.ngood deals at times but really the people in here, they dont seemed to care.nno hello, no thank you, no goodbye, no nothing.nalso they really need to sort the pavement, is deplorable.ntraying to push the trolley is impossible.nthank you to ian.nand make sure to pass the feedback to him because he deserves it.
I had a disappointing experience with Bunnings Taupo recently. I first visited the store looking to buy a vacuum cleaner, but they did not have stock available. A staff member then helped me place an order through the store for online purchase and collection from the Taupo branch, and I was told it would arrive within one week.nnAfter waiting a week, I went back to check on the order and found out that the order had never actually been placed by the staff member at the till, even though payment had already been taken.nThen had to wait even more time to get the product.nnNot all staff are bad, and some are very helpful, but there seems to be some communication and organisation issues at times. I understand stores cannot stock every item, but customer orders should at least be processed properly and handled with more care.
