Great set nice and clean shop lovely staff
Customer service is the worst I have come across in the trade the staff avoided me and was left standing at trade counter for 5 minutes. Last time I will use this store
Excellent service from fella in the construction side of things Pari I think his name was - very helpful in finding what we needed and even helped carry it to the car. Cheers mate
Sent my client in to pick up some common timber moulding. Newish staff member had no idea what she wanted. Another customer came to her rescue and found what she wanted. New staff are not expected to know it all but at least give them some training or team them up with someone before putting them in the timber yard. Poor management.....nI went back personally the next day and the yardman was very friendly and helpful
We visited after the busy Boxing Day sales, however the staff were too busy catching up on their personal conversations over wanting to help the customers. The shelves were reasonably stocked, however quite a small range compared to some other larger stores. When we did ask for help, they were quite chirpy and helpful.
