nI had an awesome experience at Bunnings Frankton thanks to Jacob. I was looking for bolts to hang my TV on the wall and honestly, it would have taken me all day to find the right ones. Jacob knew exactly where to look and found them for me super fast. He was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. Really appreciated his help!
Welcomed by a friendly smile at the door as per usual. Store seems busier than Te Rapa for sure but handled very well. Cafe food is nice but area can get quite crowded, again handled well. Throughout each area across the store you’ll find staff that actually know where products you’re looking for are located. Helpful and knowledgeable! They stock alot more available products than Te Rapa. Can definitely find a good bargain here as they have a range of clearance options that cant be missed. Worth the time and visit.
Hi Bunning’s team,nnJust wanted to share my feedback re my visits. This is my favourite Bunnings to come to. The staff are always more than willing to help, always easy to find, a pleasure to interact with and always have amazing attitudes. And I mean ALL staff that I’ve interacted with during visits.nI come in often with a client of mine named Bruce. He has an intellectual disability and is often hard to impress. It’s one of his favourite places to come to. Staff here always acknowledge Bruce and treat him like everyone else with no judgement. It’s really nice to be able to take him somewhere that reciprocates his energy, and we always leave with smiles and gratitude. On behalf of Bruce, thank you all for making Bruce feel seen and heard. The atmosphere and staff at this branch outshine the others and competitors! I can also give similar feedback when I’ve come alone. Keep up the good work, we see you guys and we appreciate you your effort
Excellent service, full stop. I was after some advice. Staff were proactively approaching me to offer assistance. There seemed a lot of staff roaming on the floor to assist customers. This was on a late Wed morning. Ample parking in front and easy to get too from all directions. Recommending others to visit the store. I would return to this particular store again even if Te Rapa branch is closer to me.
Obsessed!!!nThey’ve already got Christmas gear out… and it’s only October!!! Honestly, iconic.nnI love Bunnings. They’ve got literally everything — even when I don’t need anything, I somehow find a reason for my husband to need to go to Bunnings The website is super handy too, especially for finding exactly which aisle stuff is in before you go. Makes life way easier.nnThe staff are always lovely and helpful, even when I’m just wandering around pretending I know what I’m doing I don’t. I don’t garden, build, or DIY much at all… but for some reason, I’m always keen to go to Bunnings. It’s just got that vibe.nnAnd of course — the sausage sizzle! nPlus, they run awesome kids’ events for different holidays and seasons, which is so good for the kids… and honestly, for me too
