Excellent service, full stop. I was after some advice. Staff were proactively approaching me to offer assistance. There seemed a lot of staff roaming on the floor to assist customers. This was on a late Wed morning. Ample parking in front and easy to get too from all directions. Recommending others to visit the store. I would return to this particular store again even if Te Rapa branch is closer to me.
Went for a specific item today. Met Rino in the tools section, provided invaluable guidance, support and tips and tricks for the job. What a legend.
128 Kahikatea Drive— I recently visited here to buy a plant care item. When I spoke to the lady team member, she jumped back, saying, I must 'keep my private space.'nI am a pensioner, a healthy person with no contagious illness. If any team member must have a broader private space, he/she should not be in customer service.nI am sorry; there is no star mark below one.
Self service desks need to be open more...especially in the mornings. Terrible service for click and collect. Totally incompetent and totally inaccurate website details. My husband ordered chain today Morning and they say if it is available material available in store it will be ready to collect within 2 hours. Almost Whole day passes waiting but yet not received any update for collection. We ordered as pick up. as it was super urgent. When we went to buy it instore and they even couldn’t find it. When we called them for enquiry none of the supporters received our call. Miserable service.
