nI had an awesome experience at Bunnings Frankton thanks to Jacob. I was looking for bolts to hang my TV on the wall and honestly, it would have taken me all day to find the right ones. Jacob knew exactly where to look and found them for me super fast. He was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. Really appreciated his help!
Frequent flyer here for either the free DIY workshops or family night events, or picking up items need for home.nnStaff are friendly and helpful, aisles are usually easy to find especially when checking the location on the app of what I want.nnBathrooms and playground are clean and kid friendly.nEven the dog loves coming to have a good sniff.nnParking is a breeze, tons available.
Would just like to say a big Thank you to one of your floor people his name was Lindsay/Lindsey, I had been sent back & forth across the shop for about half an hour, was about to give up on my search but thought I'll ask this man he looks like he knows what he's doing.. he found it instantly & then kindly pushed his stair trolley through the shop for me to grab big containers off the shelf... I am currently near my due date, so this man quite literally saved the day & made up for any inconvenience.nnHe's a blessing to have as a trades salesman & it's quite rarely you come across a busy person who still finds the time...with a smile...to help you out.nnAll in all, I am grateful so Thank you Lindsey for taking such good care of me. Always great to shop in Bunnings. I love being able to take my dog in there and meet other dog owners it makes my shopping very social which is lovely.nThe staff are always helpful and considerate. They have a great price range. My biggest problem is to only buy what I went in there for and not fill the trolley up with all the bargains.
Excellent service, full stop. I was after some advice. Staff were proactively approaching me to offer assistance. There seemed a lot of staff roaming on the floor to assist customers. This was on a late Wed morning. Ample parking in front and easy to get too from all directions. Recommending others to visit the store. I would return to this particular store again even if Te Rapa branch is closer to me.
