Used to be great, now every time we are here there is a big line and the self checkouts are closed.
Very unhappy with customer service following the purchase of a kaboodle kitchen. Order was placed mid July. 2 days later I wished to make a few changes which the store kitchen staff assured me wouldn’t be a problem but these changes were not updated. Then the bench top wasn’t cut to the correct size and 6 weeks later I’m still waiting for the replacement and no matter how many times I follow up no one can provide me with an ETA. Extremely unhappy.
Been to the store today to shop. Two of their staffs were very nice and helpful William and Reuben. Thank you so much guys for your time and efforts you both put in finding the right stuff we were after. People like you makes our jobs very easy and saves too much of time. Really appreciate your efforts.
Just been to bunnings to return faulty grout from a previous purchase and decided while I was there, I needed to purchase Selleys no more gaps . I picked up the container, not thinking I needed to check if all the items were in the packaging, but now home 35km away and have found out that the nozzle and hose is missing
Sad how a Bunnings was great but now it's just bad customer service. There is a woman with a South African accent that abuses you instead of nicely and kindly talking to you, and then tells you in anger that she isn't abusing you. Really bad customer service!! You need to retrain her immediately as she will cost you your shop.
