Came in to see Anna for a Kitchen Consultation - she was absolutely awesome ! Spent time with us undertsanding our needs cost effective refurb, not forever kitchen - she got the brief, she had done loads of prep base don the emails and was really helpful in explaining options and what might work best. COmpletely sold on her help and looking forward to completing our kitchen design with her and getting the job done !nnWell done Anna !
The return process was disappointing, with poor customer service. Some staff could benefit from additional training. I couldn’t get the name of staff member on the receipt. But it was toady at 3 pm on R10. Definitely not coming back.
Had come in with my friend who brought 170$ work boots for her new job only to have dealt with a rude worker who gave attitude as we hadn’t paid a 1$ for a bag which we were unaware that we to do. Then once leaving we were stopped at the door and made to remove and open bags only for them to find nothing inside and only stopped us for the stereotype of us being “thieving tennagers” rude and disrespectful for if you ask me. Yesterday there was 2 gates left and bits of a gate I was going to purchase one the two gates and the bits of a gate then today you get new stock in and up the price then abuse a customer Spencer your a disgrace to other hardworking staff at Bunnings Warehouse Petone when a abuse customers Spencer.
I thought Burnings Petone generally was better than its competitions, in terms of pricing and services. However in this occasion, Burnings action is far below my expectations.nI ordered a shed and one bolt down kit 2 months ago, the shed built was delayed due to service's personal family emergency. Finally the bolt down kit had not been used as different type needed. When bringing the bolt down kit to Burnings to refund, Burnings said purchasing is over one month and the bag damaged. Excuse me, This assembly service was arranged from you, and the bolt down kit is the condition what it was when delivering to my hand !nFor above issue I checked the invoice, found the delivering charge was $99, $49 more than the original quote $50 also advised $50 from the website. I did not check it when paying other items and services together at Burnings.
