We had a great experience, even though we arrived with a flat tyre! Julie from the garden department at the front entrance was such a friendly, welcoming face. At the end of our extended visit, she and her colleague saw us coming with our full trolleys and had already started scanning the items we'd left at the front, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She really made us feel welcome, and the customer service was fantastic. Thanks, Julie!

A very wide range of products.nA pleasure to shop at this store. Ample parking is available. One can look up the item you are looking for. The app shows the stock level of the item and the location in the store. Very convenient.
Love being able to get all the stuff we need and being able to socialize the dogs so they dont need to sit in the car apart from them using their puppy eyes on the amazing staff to get pats like they are unloved by us
I got different levels of service here from time to time, but this time Christopher was amazing. Went in for some timber 20min before they close, he happily helped me getting and cutting them. He was also very experienced and knew what he was doing. Communication was very smooth and cuts I got were super accurate, that was all in 20 minitues.
