I'm outside of the Manawatu so I don't get to be at the Palmerston North store as often as I would like. Tons of parking, friendly service are available when I am there.nOn this occasion, I had bought an item online and was greeted by a nice surprise at the bottom of the package by the click and collect crew. How often do you get a choccy and a nice note along with the item?nBig ups to the click and collect crew. Two thumbs up from me.
Helpful staff. Love the app, told me where everything was. Aisles could do without the piles of items on sale, makes it difficult to get around, especially as customers are inclined not to see what is happening outside their orbit and won't move a fraction to allow you through with a trolly or larger items
Amazing customer service from all staff members- particularly the guy who helped me carry a heavy purchase to the checkout and out to my car! Brilliant advice on what shelving unit would be best for my needs 10/10 - will return for future storage needs.
I recently visited to purchase a new mower because mine had stopped working just a few months ago. I'm happy to say that the young man by the name of Jakob Parry was a great help in picking out a new one. Since then, my lawn has never looked better, all because of Jakob's amazing recommendation on a mower. Thank you so much Bunnings and especially Jakob!!!!
