Went in to purchase a lawnmower in a box. Checkout staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and rude and acted like we were a nuisance even though we were the only customers at the checkout. Not a good experience. Looking through the reviews at this store, perhaps management need to read them! The St Aubyn Mitre 10 staff are much more friendly and helpful.
Very poor service. I was looking for a Goliath 600mm drawer slide. The website said they had low stock and to ask a staff member where they were located. I found the location, aisle 2, myself but the size I wanted wasn't there on the shelf. I went to the customer service desk and asked and was told they had one in stock and it would be there in aisle 2. No one offered to look with me. I went back to aisle 2 and searched the whole aisle but was unable to find it. I put my other purchases back on the shelf and walked out. I will check out the opposition tomorrow.
Went in today for a product which I couldn’t find. Asked the guy at the desk he screwed his face up and said what do you have a photo? I said no. He looked up on the computer told me yes it was on aisle 11. I asked could he show me the product so I knew what I was looking for and he quickly flicked the computer screen around for me just to catch a glimpse of the product. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I left and went to the opposition only to get escorted to the right aisle and directly to the product with a lovely chatty assistant.nYou’ve lost me as a customer even though I work near by. Come on Bunnings !
My mum asked a question to one of the staff members and was completely ignored it was disgusting behavior do not recommend coming here
Customer service women very sarcastic, Lazy, unhelpful and just a bad vibe no people skills wotsoever, this happened a few weeks ago and wasnt gonna say anything but after seeing all the reviews here something needs to be done or you'll lose customers.nKiaora.
