Good fast team, always willing to help. Cheaper prices overall than competitors. Good long operating hours such as closing 9pm summer time, weekdays. One of my favourite local stores on Te Rapa Straight. Highly recomended for a visit. There is something for everyone.
Went in 23/05/23 6:30pm. The two poly girls at the info desk were super polite, the pakeha lady that found the product was really patient, polite and committed to finding the what I was looking for later we found out was the last one and the tattooed girl at the service for finding the help and being apologetic for the hassle, which was unnecessary but I appreciated the gesture. Much appreciated guys!
To the lovely staff member who offered to walk me to my car with an umbrella while there was was a downpour. Thank you so much for your absolute kindness
Huge store with an enormous range of goods, to the extent that it can be hard to find what you want. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, but there are only a few of them. More often than not they are helping someone else find something. There are bargains for people who look for them. The toilets were looking a bit worn, which I find ironic in a hardware store when you have the tools, consumables and people available to keep it looking functional and they needed a good clean.
Staff members are always super helpful here but can take a little while to find one. Self checkout is often closed with only one checkout operator working so queue to pay can take a few minutes to get through. Always seems to have stock inline with what shows on the website.
Lovely store and nice wide isles. A lot of choice no matter what your looking for. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good parking too.⁹
Great products, the service is good depending on the staff you're talking too. One person was awesome the next not so good.
I’m a regular shopper at Bunnings. Today was only a couple of wall hooks, but other days it’s something more substantial for those never ending DIY projects. Sometimes I go to Bunnings thinking they will never have this obscure item, but they don’t often let me down. The staff are helpful and if they haven’t got the item I’m looking for, they will get it in for me. Definitely a one stop DIY Tradie destination.
It's great to go there, always spending more, as there are so many things that you want but don't need.
I normally go there like my personal store. You can buy anything you want in hardware field. But recently I had a bad experience at the self-check out counter. The items I selected did not have the price code. When I informed her of the marked price, she suspected me for mere .07 cents. She argued and did not ask any of her colleague to check the price for me as they do normally. Again I went back and brought a photo of the correct price. Then she asked me to go to the next counter sarcastically. I left the store thinking my self respect is worth more than .07 cents and customer-respect of the store is less than .07 cents.
