Terrible customer service, not just once, everytime I've been and asked for help or enquired about a product, the person on the desk could not be bothered and could sense the negativity as soon as I asked for help with something. Please replace this person.nNot a good experience all round.
Terrible service. Been in there numerous times. No one helps . I wanted something i could not reach. No one would help me. I swear the staff run and hide when a customer walks in. Useless staff. It has happened every time i have been in there.

Worst customer service from any bunnings I have ever entered. Tried to get a price match guarantee honoured as advertised but because the competing store had the product named differently on the website than Bunnings had they would not honour it. The model number, machine description, blah blah blah, all matched but the old woman at the “customer service” counter was everything but helpful and friendly. I went to the competitor store and checked myself they were the same product after being gaslit into thinking I was wrong but, what-do-you-know, they were the EXACT SAME! And this isn’t even the first time I’ve experienced this unwillingness to honour company policy in this store, the first time being a month or two ago when wanting to purchase some bbq products. Very disappointing considering we WERE frequent customers but obviously won’t be returning.nThankfully when I got to my car I called the Palmerston North store and explained the situation and they were very apologetic and more than happy to honour the price match GUARANTEE.nDo better *Friendly Feilding*
