I've been meaning to write this however last week I was helped by Tim. So quick easy to talk to and just stright to the point. I don't usually shop at Bunnings but with his help I got the Job done and I was out in no time.
Usually a very friendly environment, with friendly staff. But today’s experience was slightly off with slight hint of racism I don’t like using this card but may have no choice in this case. The counter person was all smiley with the customer ahead of me. But when I reached the counter, the service provider had a sudden frown on their face. In fact the way they scanned my item and then placed the scanner back was indicative of residual anger. And then asking if I wanted the receipt was also rude. Perhaps I looked too manly for this person! I think Bunnings may try to provide some workshops or training for such service providers
Our fams love Bunnings!!nWe are often there for all manner of supplies! Staff are really helpful in assistance too! Our renovation with chosen Bunnings bathroom fittings is pictured here. We're very happy with the end result!
Ideal spot to shop for any home improvement and decor items Shelves are neatly stocked with visible pricing. Staff are helpful and so friendly!nnKeep an eye out for many discounted items! I came across a few from today's visit 20 May.nnThe arts and crafts aisle is one of my favorites! Plenty of DIY sets to choose from nnThere was also a special stall dedicated to World Bee Day with a few really cool bee and insect themed items nnUpdate: Bunnings has become my favorite for art supplies - I managed to find the acrylic pouring paint set here for $19.85 which came highly recommended also added a mini rolling paint brush to my trolley and headed home a happy customer!
I love Bunnings and there staff are amazing but not happy with coolaroo who supply bunnings with gazebo, shade sails etc as coolaroo won't honor a warranty claim with a replacement they will only offer a refund so I'm left with a gazebo frame and a faulty canopy that has slits all on one side , they say they are not supplying nz now with this particular gazebo but still supplying Auz with the same thing , becareful if buying there products as you may not be able to get replacement parts.
