Young man on Returns was absolutely amazing today.He was focused,helpful, did not query why I had a return.Got all details, gave me a voucher for cost of the return.A very pleasing experience again.Top marks if this guy is indicative of all staff.He is always so pleasant and helpful.
Range and prices are ok but there is often a long queue at the checkouts. The self service ones are no use if you want to use a farmlands card. They need to staff the store better.
I’m really disappointed with the service I received this morning. I came in looking for a specific item which the system showed as having 11 units in stock.nI was told it was too difficult to look for and that I should instead go through the click and collect process. I explained that I was happy to wait around 30 minutes in the café while it was located.nThis was at approximately 9am during a very quiet period, so I was surprised that it was considered too difficult to check for the item.
Ideal spot to shop for any home improvement and decor items Shelves are neatly stocked with visible pricing. Staff are helpful and so friendly!nnKeep an eye out for many discounted items! I came across a few from today's visit 20 May.nnThe arts and crafts aisle is one of my favorites! Plenty of DIY sets to choose from nnThere was also a special stall dedicated to World Bee Day with a few really cool bee and insect themed items nnUpdate: Bunnings has become my favorite for art supplies - I managed to find the acrylic pouring paint set here for $19.85 which came highly recommended also added a mini rolling paint brush to my trolley and headed home a happy customer!
Our fams love Bunnings!!nWe are often there for all manner of supplies! Staff are really helpful in assistance too! Our renovation with chosen Bunnings bathroom fittings is pictured here. We're very happy with the end result!
