Buller Youth Development is an initiative that aims to enhance leadership, participation, and engagement with youth in the Kawatiri region.
With funding from the Ministry of Youth Development and the Buller District Council, Buller Youth Development group aims to support and encourage youth (12-24) in Buller to be leaders and decision-makers, by collaboratively running events, facilitating workshops and educational opportunities - increasing the overall well-being of youth in the area.
Our events and activities are meant to engage young people and inspire them to be involved in their community.
We work in conjunction with many other community-based and NZ-wide organisations and groups in order to create a sense of belonging and collaboration.
