Only pharmacy I have had to call to get scripts processed and they take hours staff think the sun shines from there bum I paid for overnight shipping on medication I really need and still have not received it 3 days later the health care in Westport is so bad we have moved our family to a new district buller pharmacy you need to do better time to pull finger
I recently had a disappointing experience at Buller Pharmacy. I left my wallet at home and, unfortunately, they didn't have pay wave available. I had to ask my mother to pay for my items, and the staff's attitude was quite off-putting. They didn't even smile at me during the transaction, which is not the level of service anyone would expect. As someone who works in a small pharmacy, I know how important customer service is, and this experience fell short of what should be provided.
The most unfriendly staff I have had the displeasure of dealing with in a long time.
