Young children are what home-based education/care is about
Belonging is the key to learning and development
Relationships are the foundation to learning and development

Y (yellow) = Young child = Young children are empowered to develop holistically the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary in the early years.

B (blue) = Belonging = Building an environment for children and their families to belong to irrespective of background with links to the wider community.

R (red) = Relationships = Responsive reciprocal relationships children develop with a home-based educator/caregiver.
